Initial Consultation: One hour complimentary
This first meeting is to give you and Sarah an opportunity to meet. The scope of the work to be done is assessed and you can view our portfolio and ask questions. Specific design advice is not given at this meeting.

Consultation:
After meeting with Sarah and deciding that you’d like to work with Hixon Interiors, you may decide to hire us for just a few hours or "as needed" and be billed hourly. Consultation is based on design only, not implementation. Hixon Interiors is happy to follow through with the design ideas by implementing the work. Don’t worry, the client is always presented with a price before work is done or materials are purchased

Letter of Agreement:
Many clients feel more comfortable with a contract. Sarah is happy to draw up a Letter of Agreement. After the initial consultation, she will estimate how much time will be needed selecting materials, drawing up plans, meeting with subcontractors and giving presentations, etc. This amount is an estimate only, and may change based on several variables: the amount of detail you require of Hixon Interiors to specify size, color, fabrics, and accessory selections; how much you want Hixon Interiors to work with and/or manage subcontractors; and how quickly you make decisions.

This gives you the peace of mind that hiring Hixon Interiors will fit within your budget. A retainer will be required when the Letter of Agreement is signed. This will be applied equally against the first 2-3 statements.
